Sales Operations Analyst

This position will provide systems and process support, as well as reviewing, analyzing, and most importantly, providing analysis on operating data, trends, and performance. In addition to providing day to day sales support, this role includes responsibility for monitoring and enforcing account territory rules and ensuring the accuracy of data used to calculate commissions. The person will also create and maintain internal processes for territory segmentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, and have at least two years of operations experience. Commission experience is a plus. He/she should have strong sales and/or financial analysis experience. The person should have at least two years of CRM experience (Salesforce.com is a plus).

Consulting Operations Manager

This position will facilitate the execution of regional financial policies, including contract administration, revenue recognition, receivable management, and purchase orders. He/she will establish, coordinate, and lead consulting monthly and quarterly business reviews. The person will manage business risk during contract review/approval process, working with the Services Sales Managers for consulting opportunities and with Legal and RevRec as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have prior experience in an Americas Consulting (Business) Operations role within a systems integrator or large software services organization. Software industry experience is required. He/she should have a practical understanding of customer consulting and software engagement lifecycle.

Senior Director, Global Procurement and Real Estate

This position will utilize strong communication and collaboration skills with business partners to set global strategic and tactical direction for sourcing efforts related to spend categories, consistent with the business vision and strategy. He/she will ensure the execution of standards, controls, policies, procedures, and performance metrics to effectively and efficiently manage the acquisition and reporting of spend across the company.

The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience performing strategic sourcing and procurement activities for respective categories. Expertise in services sourcing is required. He/she should have proven change management skills and knowledge and capabilities in developing sourcing and supplier strategies. The person should also have strong vendor performance management and contract administration.
