Program Manager, CRM

This position leads CRM strategy and execution for AppleVacations.com; develops and implements triggered e-mail campaigns; creates and executes personalization strategies utilizing customer data; and discovers new and innovative ways to solve customer problems.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field; a minimum of three years of experience in high-performance, customer-centric companies; experience using a major e-mail service provider; and experience using marketing analytics to evaluate campaigns.

Apple Vacations is looking for Program Managers in its Marketing/Product, Project/Program Management, and Travel categories.
