Real Estate Investment Analyst

This position will provide analysis and support for potential commercial real estate investment/acquisition opportunities that match portfolio goals. Once assets are under management, he/she will assist with the ongoing analysis of the operations and performance of the existing portfolio of properties. The person will support the transaction process in order to complete due diligence on targeted acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or another business-related field. He/she must be a well-organized individual capable of multi-tasking and meeting multiple deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is required.

Corporate Internal Auditor

This position is responsible for performing operational, compliance, and financial audits within assigned areas of the corporate portfolio of businesses, and will perform independent testing of the key controls and remediation of issues. He/she will review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls. The person will perform audit testing to verify the effectiveness of established processes, procedures, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – a CPA is required – and have five to seven years of experience. Previous work experience in Big Four public accounting is preferred. Experience in preparing written audit/risk assessment findings and presenting to Executive Management is required.

Client/Server Support Engineer

This position is responsible for designing complex server networks, as well as installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining server and workstation-based components of existing/new networks and associated assemblies. He/she is responsible for assisting in the mentoring process of other associates, as well as being a facilitator for the successful completion of all projects executed by the department.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in computer-related field, and have three or more years of work experience. MCSE Certification is required. Advanced knowledge of backup system and related procedures and Microsoft Active Directory is required. He/she should have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
