Customer Service Representative

This position enters all incoming referrals into an internal database, mails out necessary paperwork to claimants following the receipt of referral, calls all new referrals to explain and sell customer services, and maintains a caseload of around 130 claimants.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, one to two years of specific training in customer service and Social Security law, computer literacy, and excellent communications and customer service skills.
