Director of Counseling Services
This position supervises the delivery of wellness counseling services to students; hires, trains, and supervises clinical staff; and provides diagnostic assessment and triage, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and grief support.
The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree or Ph.D. in counseling, psychology, or social work, five to seven years of progressive experience in university or college counseling centers, and licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
Director of Undergraduate Admission
This position oversees first year, transfer, and international student recruitment; designs and implements a comprehensive enrollment management plan; ensures the integrity of academic records; and supervises the processing and evaluation of all admission applications.
The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in educational administration or a related field and a minimum of five years of enrollment services experience in a post-secondary institution.
Assistant Student Systems Administrator
This position oversees the verification of all student loans, processes all transcript requests, updates students’ personal information as needed, and provides assistance in matters related to the retrieval of student data for internal and external offices.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, strong computer and database skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Director of Website Communications
This position manages the overall navigation, graphic design, and information found on the university’s website; supervises and ensures website quality control; develops and designs new images and pages for the website; and makes recommendations for the university’s strategic marketing plan.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of Dreamweaver and Photoshop, and the ability to write crisp, engaging, and persuasive prose in an appropriate style.
