Proposal Manager

This position manages the proposal process from start to finish; develops proposals and statements of qualifications; assigns and distributes proposal materials; and delegates graphics, fee proposals, or technical write-ups to other team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, communications, or a related field; a minimum of five years of proposal preparation and marketing expertise; experience in the A/E/C industry; and overall knowledge of marketing processes.

Mechanical Engineering Manager

This position manages the accuracy of finished product design, develops solutions to engineering problems, works to resolve technical discrepancies, and works with project managers to provide oversight and reporting to ensure projects are successful.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, an advanced degree in business or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of related experience, and thorough knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing engineering and design.
