Analyst, Consumer & Marketing Analytics

This position consults and analyzes on complex projects and initiatives, supports the implementation of marketing reporting and analytics, and performs data analyses that help drive growth, engagement, and revenue.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, economics, statistics, or a related discipline, and three to five years of marketing analytics, customer strategy, or other related experience.

Counsel, Funds Management

This position provides legal advice and support on fund registration statements, annual and other regulatory reports, board matters and materials, and the ongoing operation of SEC-registered investment advisors.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from an accredited law school, a license in good standing to practice law, and a minimum of five years of experience counseling investment companies and SEC-registered investment advisers.

Executive Assistant

This position manages executive availability and commitments, prepares for meetings by creating, gathering, and organizing material, and partners with team members to coordinate presentation materials.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, a minimum of five years of executive assistant experience, exceptional customer service and relationship management skills, and excellent communication skills.

Retirement Specialist

This position conducts group presentations to enhance awareness of plan features, facilitates the transfer of prior retirement accounts to new plans, and provides retirement planning services for participants.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience, a minimum of one year of related work experience in financial services, and solid knowledge of retirement plans and how they are established, managed, and distributed.
