The controversy surrounding Steve Sudhop’s plan to build a retirement community at Woodland Preserve is growing after he added Marple’s Greenbank Farm to the mix, writes J.F. Pirro for Main Line Today.

Nearby residents are concerned that the real-estate investor will turn the farm into a clubhouse corner for his planned 650-unit, active-adult continuing care retirement community.

And while preservationists are calling the plan invasive, Suhop disagrees. He told Main Line Today “all I want to do is build a retirement community, so I can live in one that I like.”
