This position assesses and models the alignment of company products and services with customer needs, conducts technical discovery with customers to formulate solutions, and creates presentations and demos based on prospective client needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, a minimum of five years of relevant experience with SaaS solutions, and extensive experience with healthcare, cable, finance, or energy verticals.

DevOps Engineer

This position provides support and maintenance for production and development platforms, ensures that accurate documentation exists for all services and solutions, and investigates and triages all reported problems with existing services.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience with SaaS infrastructure and business models, experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, and Ansible, and proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.
