Operations Manager

This position manages business objectives for the distribution and palletizing department through leadership, coordination, and technical direction. He/she ensures that the department’s assets – including materials, costs, procedures, inventories, equipment, and personnel – are properly managed, maintained, and developed. The person is accountable for approximately 60 operators and maintenance resources, two salary team members, and an operation budget exceeding $10 million annually.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. He/she will have a minimum of two to three years of leadership experience and preferably experience with managing distribution centers. The person will have working knowledge of quality systems, safety requirements, and EHS systems and standards.

Lead Mechanical Engineer

This position provides leadership and creativity in design, development, optimization, and problem-solving for tissue converting processes. He/she leads single or multiple product or process improvement projects with a financial scope of up to $10 million from conception through commercialization. The person develops equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies, and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology from an accredited college or university. He/she will have a minimum of four years of experience in a variety of technical and/or operational assignments in a manufacturing environment. The person must have specific, in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in tissue manufacturing or converting processes.

Electrical Engineer

This position uses application, design, development, project management, and troubleshooting skills to design, build, test, and support equipment for the manufacturing of company health and hygiene products. He/she applies a wide variety of fundamental engineering skills while working with a team of engineers. Project size and financial responsibility will increase with experience, including potential engineering team leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess, or soon possess, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology with a 3.0/4.0 or higher GPA. He/she will have effective communication skills and be able to discuss technical issues in a business environment. Relevant industrial co-op, intern, or other experience is highly desirable.
