Crozer-Chester Medical Center, a 300-bed tertiary-care teaching hospital, was established in 1963 through the merger of Chester Hospital and Crozer Hospital, and became one of the founding hospitals of the CKHS in 1990.

Administrative Manager Marketing

This position promotes the First Steps Treatment Center to help the center meet performance goals, identifies new referral opportunities through research and prospecting, and makes visits to appropriate groups to meet call quotas and demographic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Medical Assistant

This position performs a variety of duties in support of clinical staff in the crisis service department, including receptionist and administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform required duties in an economically sound and efficient manner while interacting with all age populations.

Patient Advocate

This position acts as an intermediary and ombudsman between the organization and the patient to resolve disputes and foster clear communication, advises patients of their rights, and interprets the organization’s policies and procedures to patients.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in health administration or education, a minimum of four years of experience as a patient representative for a hospital or in a related business setting, and one to two years of managerial experience.

Care Management Resource Center Specialist

This position assists the resource center manager by providing clerical support to care management departments throughout the Crozer-Keystone Health System.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two to three years of hospital experience, preferably in registration or finance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
