From their home in Springfield, John and Anne Betz have poured out the nationally loved Starbucks brand in nine locations across the Philadelphia region, becoming the coffee icon’s largest local licensee.

And now they’re reaching out to add at least three more Starbucks storefronts in Atlantic City, New Brunswick, and New York City, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report by Kenneth Hilario.

One will replace a Starbucks that Donald Trump personally requested in 2002 for his Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, which closed in 2014, while the others will open in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and the brand new Empire Outlets.

That’s about as far away as the Betzes want to reach, though.

“We want to be within a two-hour drive from our stores,” John said. “I can’t see myself jumping into a plane to see one of my stores; I wouldn’t get the quality time I need.”
