Elwyn’s 15th Annual Art Exhibit, Benefit for Children with Special Needs a Success

By

Elwyn Art Show

Artwork by students from various special education programs at Elwyn was on display at the 15th annual Student Art Exhibit held at the White Manor Country Club in Malvern.

Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and dinner while socializing and viewing the dazzling art displays. Both live and silent auctions were also held.

The art show was sponsored by Elwyn’s Division of Education, which annually serves hundreds of children with a variety of special needs, including intellectual disabilities, vision and hearing impairments, behavioral challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and neurological impairments.

Art is a core part of every education program at Elwyn, providing students with opportunities for self-expression and creativity. The art show exhibit allows Elwyn students to share their artistic talents with the community and to take part in a fundraising effort that benefits the programs serving them.
