Supervisor – Production II

This position mentors, leads, and develops employees’ skills. He/she ensures a safe work environment within the manufacturing facility for all employees. The person investigates solutions and solves complex problems regarding people, processes, and technology. He/she monitors quality for continuous improvement and implements corrective action with the goal of achieving zero defects.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree. He/she will have two to three years of experience working in a manufacturing environment with a specific focus on injection molding. The person will also have three years of supervisory experience.

Quality Assurance Engineer II

This position provides first piece inspections reports and/or initial sample submissions for all new products and per specific customer requirements. He/she assists in enforcing corporate quality assurance policies and procedures. The person works with the manufacturing and engineering departments to effectively resolve internal and/or external quality problems.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering. He/she will preferably have automotive, injection molding, and CMM experience. The person will have a minimum of three years of relevant technical experience and experience in dealing directly with customers.

Reg Distribution & Account Manager

This position is responsible for the growth and management of in-direct/channel business and direct non-key accounts within an assigned territory. He/she conducts sales calls, develops relationships with key contacts, and identifies and targets new business opportunities while protecting existing business. The person develops and executes a plan to manage and grow revenue, both direct and indirect.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of three years of industrial selling experience or a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minimum of eight years of industrial selling experience. He/she will have strong relationship, selling, and communication skills and a strong mechanical aptitude. The person will be willing to travel more than 50 percent of the time.
