Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant

This position develops and maintains charts of accounts to record financial transactions; maintains vendor records and obtains tax information; ensures that transactions are properly coded and recorded in the general ledger; and processes payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or a minimum of seven years of bookkeeping experience; proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks or other accounting software; and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Front Desk Receptionist
