Senior Accountant

This position applies accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information. He/she prepares accurate and timely financial reports and statements, and ensures appropriate accounting control procedures. The person executes accounting functions, including general ledger system maintenance, month-end close work, and managing the prepaid and accrual balances.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree and intermediate knowledge of all accounting functions and related internal controls. He/she will have three to five years of experience in a corporate setting. The person will preferably have CPA certification and public accounting experience.

Marketing Procurement Manager

This position forms global spend optimization strategies across marketing spend categories, and executes projects across all value levers, including spend governance, demand management, sourcing buying process optimization, and ongoing agency management. He/she executes sourcing projects in a professional manner with a seven-step methodology and strong business ethics. The person negotiates market-leading terms, and partners with legal in contract drafting to manage risk.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. An MBA is a plus. He/she will have five to eight years of strategic sourcing and indirect procurement experience. The person will have a minimum of three years of experience in marketing procurement.

Senior Payroll Specialist

This position accurately processes payroll-related data for the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, including garnishments, vacation time, insurance, and benefits. He/she audits payroll, utilizing preprocessing and preview reports to ensure accuracy before reviewing with management for authorization to accept payroll. The person ensures accuracy with quarterly tax filings by maintaining balanced spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of ADP experience. CPP certification and international payroll experience is a plus. He/she will have strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, including Quickcalc, Custom Reports, Tax & Banking portal, The Bridge, and Time & Attendance.
