Located in Middletown Township, Williamson College of the Trades is a men’s junior trade college, the only one in the country that gives all students full scholarships to cover tuition, textbooks, and room and board. The college uses its endowment to cover two-thirds of its student costs each year, with the rest coming from private fundraising. The college and its students do not accept federal financial aid.

Campaign Coordinator, Office of Institutional Advancement

This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of the capital campaign, providing staff support to the Campaign Cabinet, and drafting correspondence. He/she is also tasked with producing reports, data entry, arranging meetings for the cultivation and solicitation of gifts, and prospect research. The person designs and evaluates the campaign for all divisions to increase participation, attract new donors, retain and upgrade current donors, and produce increased net return.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have one to three years of experience in a fundraising position. He/she will have familiarity with Raiser’s Edge, and have a demonstrated understanding of prospect screening software. The person will have the ability to work well with others and work well under pressure of deadlines.

Dorm Managers

These positions reside in apartments within the dormitories and are responsible for maintaining the residential and community feeling at the college. This close interaction between students and managers outside the classroom enables faculty to be more aware of each student’s academic, personal goals, strengths, and opportunities for growth.

Dorm managers are responsible for the smooth operation of their dormitory halls and the safety and productivity of their students. They oversee and set the standards for good communal living.
