Senior Consultant (Radnor)

This position, a hybrid role, has both account management and production responsibilities, and has both renewal/retention and new business goals. He/she is responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition of new business revenue from new and existing clients, and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts. The person performs heavy, ongoing servicing of accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have five or more years of related experience. Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) is preferred. He/she should have excellent sales capabilities and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Commercial Lines Account Manager (Media)

This position is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of a group of commercial middle market and large commercial lines accounts that are in excess of $500,000 in premium. The majority of the accounts will be municipalities and school districts.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of client service and/or claims management experience. He/she should have experience using the EPIC database system, and have experience managing mid-to-large municipalities/townships and/or school district P&C books of business.

Account Manager (Radnor)

This position is responsible for the day-to-day account management for small-to-mid-sized clients that are routine/moderately complex client accounts. He/she manages an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients. The person leads appropriate resources to address the client’s risk/capital management needs, and secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage levels.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have three or more years of client coordination and/or claims management experience. He/she should have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office. The person should have critical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issues.
