This position assists the Chief Financial Officer with processing accounts payable and helps maintain record keeping systems for the accounting and finance departments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Office skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Peachtree, and previous database management experience, including record keeping, accounting, HR systems, and payroll.

Client Service Representative

This position provides daily support for clients’ businesses, helps clients achieve daily logistics goals as seamlessly as possible, directly communicates with clients verbally and in writing, and interfaces with third-party vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or experience as a client service representative, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Access in particular, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle stress with maturity.
