Coordinator – Government Contracts

This position administers and coordinates VWR’s federal, state, and municipal government contract programs. He/she reviews VWR and affiliate company purchase orders received from government customers to ensure the terms and conditions conform to approved and applicable company policies. The person maintains a system to manage and track each of the purchase orders in compliance with VWR’s record retention policies.

This position will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have a minimum of two years of applicable experience, and will preferably have SAP experience and a background in customer service. The person will preferably have knowledge of federal acquisition regulations.

Analyst, Sales Compensation

This position is responsible for processing monthly commissions for several different sales positions throughout VWR. He/she calculates prorated baselines and adjustments based on billing days for mid-month commission reporting. The person provides support to the field sales organization on various issues such as CATS application maintenance updates, pay questions, and CATS reporting portal troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. He/she will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in Business Warehouse. SAP experience is highly preferred. The person will have strong communication and analytical skills.

Quality Process Manager

This position ensures the performance of on-site, quality-assurance activities, and manages the design and/or implementation of any assigned quality project, including maintaining all project documentation and communications. He/she conducts process and quality audits, and ensures compliance to all required company and industry standards. The person supports improvement initiatives, and provides an effective feedback loop for issues impacting on-site performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in engineering, finance, or a technical discipline. He/she will have a minimum of five years of applicable experience. The person will have proven project management and process improvement skills, including strong knowledge of lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
