He/she will possess a minimum of six years of experience as an experience architect or in a related field. The person will have the proven ability to design appropriate methodologies.

This position maintains consistent and highly successful delivery across all work streams. He/she ensures that project teams are staffed with desirable and complimentary skill sets necessary to meet client expectations and deliverables. The person manages account financials, and provides regular status and financial reporting for regional discipline leads, the G.M., and the leadership team.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology field in a project/program management role. He/she will have financial acumen and the ability to work with spreadsheets and complex estimating tools and processes. The person will be able to develop clear and detailed project plans.

VP, Software Engineering
This position implements processes to ensure consistency of delivery across clients. He/she measures departmental performance across key metrics, including quality, cost, velocity, and adherence to process. The person creates and maintains reusable code and design patterns that can be used to accelerate development projects. He/she cultivates a culture of collaboration and teamwork within and across departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in the following areas: managing distributed teams across multiple continents, automated and manual Q.A., DevOps for development and production environments, secure software development, and infrastructure practices, and more.
