Financial Services Sales Representative – Annuities

This position will respond to broker inquiries received via a toll free telephone line. He/she will answer questions in a variety of areas, including product features, performance, literature requests, and hypothetical illustrations. He/she participates in team meetings and training programs, and identifies client situation and present options available. The person maintains integrity of broker database, and demonstrates knowledge of Lincoln’s products.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations. He/she must have FINRA Series 6, 63 and resident insurance licenses, or must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire. The person also avoids workplace distractions, and drives performance targets to completion.

Senior VP of Corporate, Securities & Finance Law

This position is for a business-oriented, senior legal advisor with the stature and credibility to work directly with the Lincoln board, CEO, and strategic business unit heads and the Senior Leadership Team, providing counsel on the corporate, securities, and finance law functional areas. He/she will also provide advice and counsel with respect to board responsibilities, logistics, and corporate governance and will work cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders. The person will serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate, and have been admitted to the Bar of at least one state and eligible for admission to the Pennsylvania Bar as in-house counsel. He/she will have at least 15 years of relevant experience as a corporate securities and transactional attorney, which should include experience in a major law firm and in-house positions of increasing scope and responsibilities. The person will have significant experience in the securities and corporate governance practice areas.

Head of Digital Analytics

This position leads the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Digital Analytics organization, and provides insights, analytics, and reporting. He/she is accountable for the suite of tools and technologies utilized to collect online customer interactions. The person works with the Enterprise Architect and the Digital Development area to ensure that the appropriate data warehouses are designed, built, and cleansed to combine data from the customer databases and web analytics platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or Economics. He/she should have 10 or more years of experience with business intelligence and advanced analytics, including digital analytics. Direct people management experience is preferable. The person should have a strong knowledge of the digital analytic practices and processes, preferably related to the financial industry.
