Marketing Specialist – Agent Operations & Marketing

This position is responsible for agent outreach during big sales or marketing campaigns to solicit advertising to support campaigns/needs. He/she maintains the “go to” list of agencies and relationships with them. This includes current markets and development of new markets. The person will maintain corporate partner promo code program, and create codes, track all promo code redemption, and evaluate performance.

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of Apple Vacations key products and sales goals to align marketing efforts. He/she must have the strong ability to negotiate for the best available rates. The person will be able to transport trade-show collateral and equipment from city to city.

E-Commerce Digital Strategy Junior Publisher

This position is responsible for working collaboratively with the Digital Strategy team to implement and support data entry related to digital E-Commerce initiatives including the website(s). He/she will coordinate data entry practices and strategies with Digital Strategy’s management, and will implement content/copy updates as directed by Digital Strategy Content Specialists. The person will attend and facilitate various team meetings and discussion (i.e. Pre-Production and Production weekly meetings).

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or hospitality, and have a strong PC background with MS Office skills. He/she should have strong experience of internal operating systems (SAP, web maintenance, caching utility, Quest, Tech 7, etc.), and demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities.

Call Center Specialist

This position will be expected to provide quotes and pricing as well as general information pertaining to department structure, policy, and product knowledge. Circumstances may also permit specialist to perform minor changes to existing group reservations. Specialist will direct clients to the appropriate designated sales territory for additional service as needed. Overall, he/she will provide impeccable customer service to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least two years of sales/travel and customer service experience. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office is required, as is possession of a valid passport.
