Marketing Coordinator

This position will ensure the standards set by company are incorporated in Secrets Resorts & Spas and establish its positioning. He/she will be responsible for coordination of website maintenance, copywriting, and all website updates (copy, content, and images) on SecretsResorts.com. The person will also be tasked with the coordination and copywriting for all Secrets-focused marketing efforts, including resort specific promotions, e-mail blasts, collateral, promotional flyers, online and print advertising, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have one to three years of marketing experience, preferably in the travel industry. He/she must possess strong strategic, analytical skills and forward thinking. Some international and domestic travel required.

Junior Digital Designer

This position is responsible for e-mail design support, as well as front-end maintenance of multiple internal and external facing websites. Design and layout maintenance to support additional marketing needs and web development needs will also be a part of the role. He/she will work closely with the Marketing Department to translate business needs into live visual designs and manage assigned projects through QA, troubleshooting, and launch.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field. He/she should have one to three years of experience, and an awareness of UI and UX principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch is required, as is a familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and CMS (Joomla/Wordpress).

Database Specialist/Administrator

This position will play an integral part in the overall productivity and the effectiveness of the sales organization as it relates to SalesForce.com. He/she will foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, IT, customer service, and marketing revenue management to drive Sales technology adoption and efficiency gains. The person will provide operational support to the sales steam by analyzing database metrics to ensure sales process optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or Sales. He/she should have a minimum of two years of Sales Force experience. Other experience in related fields like Sales Data Analysis or Business Process/System Design is preferred.
