This position will liaise with (global) stakeholders, translate business models into data models and vice versa, and create information out of structured and unstructured data. Business Analyst

This position will ensure that IT deliverables are compliant with IT standards and requirements, and ensure deliverables are on time, on budget and on quality. He/she will ensure deliverables comply with the boundaries set by enterprise architecture and by security and compliance, and will ensure applicable audit actions are managed and fulfilled in a timely manner. The person will support and, when necessary, execute required testing activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. He/she will have three years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Experience should include the following technical skills: Oracle E-Business Suite functionality, and delivering software design documentation.

Senior Income Tax Analyst

This position is responsible for the preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns, and providing support to tax management. He/she is also responsible for preparing and reviewing federal and state tax estimates, extensions, forecasting, assisting tax management with corporate income tax audits, and tax accounting in compliance with ASC 740 for the entire consolidated group.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, and have three to five years of progressive experience in private industry (financial services preferred) or public accounting. Experience in ASC 740 is required. He/she must have strong analytical, organization, and communication skills. The person must have the ability to produce timely deliverables, and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
