Soft-Serve Margarita Drink Sensation a Hit at Ridley House in Holmes

Ridley House in Holmes has added a new drink sensation that is flying off the shelf—soft-serve Margaritas, reports Jenn Frederick for Fox 29 Philadelphia.

The delicious concoctions, which arrived at Ridley House only two weeks ago, come ready-made in a soft-serve ice cream machine in cherry, mango, or a swirl of both, with a Tajin rim thrown in.

The drink combines the restaurant and bar’s house margarita with vanilla ice cream and flavoring. It was invented by Ridley House’s beverage director.

The swirl, combining both flavors, is the most popular.

The drink’s popularity has spread on social media, especially TikTok, with Ridley House selling hundreds every day.

“I knew people would like them, but I didn’t expect the madness that followed,” said a Ridley House staffer.

Folks are coming from all over to try it, including a couple that drove up from Baltimore.

If you’re thinking of making one of these for yourself, you will need a soft-serve ice cream machine for the right consistency.

Staffers also offer a friendly reminder that, as delicious as it is, their new invention is not a dessert because it contains tequila.
