Dreamy Drinks and Cozy Vibes Await at These Delco Hotel Bars

Local hotel bars offer food, drink and comfort.

A great hotel bar can turn an ordinary evening into something special, and Delaware County has several where dreamy drinks and cozy vibes come together to create the perfect relaxing experience, writes Anne E. Hill for the Main Line Today.

Triple Crown at the Radnor Hotel in Wayne is an equestrian-themed bar that seats 75 and features eye-catching decor throughout the space. The menu includes fried olives, colossal tiger shrimp, a prime dip sandwich, and rosemary duck fat fries, along with a lineup of drinks such as the popular Main Line mint julep.

Also in Wayne, Rosalie at the Wayne Hotel offers Italian classics with a twist in its cozy 25-seat space. Drinks such as the Spiced Pear Spritz and Maple Oak are great for the weekday happy hour, while its bar menu includes Sicilian meatballs and arancini. Even so, the pizzas remain the true standouts.

Another addition to the lineup will soon be The Brandywine in Wayne, a luxury boutique hotel set to feature two bar-and-dining venues, Merrick’s Tavern and Pomelo Rooftop Lounge. Both are expected to serve craft cocktails along with a locally sourced, globally inspired menu.
