A Kentucky Derby Day Party Invite at Renovated Triple Crown in Radnor

A fashion competition highlights a Kentucky Derby Day garden party at Triple Crowns in Radnor.

Fearless Restaurants is partnering with Woodford Reserve to present a Kentucky Derby Day garden party Saturday, May 2, 4 to 8 PM, at its newly-renovated outdoor space at Radnor Hotel’s equestrian-themed Triple Crown, writes Anne E. Hill for Main Line Today.

Proceeds support TRRAC (Thoroughbred Retirement, Rehabilitation & Careers), a nonprofit dedicated to providing lifelong care and second careers for retired thoroughbred racehorses.

“We wanted to create an elevated Kentucky Derby experience that showcases the spectacular gardens and our new glass conservatory as a backdrop for an unforgettable evening,” said Sydney Grims, director of business development at Fearless Restaurants.

Classic mint juleps will be served along with stationery displays and roaming food service offering seasonal passed bites, elevated Southern-inspired small plates, and cocktail-friendly fare, along with charcuterie and artisanal cheeses.

A dessert and coffee bar curated by Triple Crown pastry chef Danielle Seipp will offer a variety of indulgent sweets.

Numerous other guest activities will be available.

A video wall will provide viewing of pre-race festivities and full Derby coverage. The evening peaks with a fashion competition.

HSN host and QVC alum George Brescia will be the event’s emcee and host.
