Three months after listing her “sanctuary” for sale, Yolanda Hadid decided to withdraw the $10.88 million New Hope farm from the market, writes Kelsi Karruli for Realtor.com.
In September, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said that she was prepared to move on from her New Hope home, where she had lived for nearly a decade.
“Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life,” she said. “I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland. When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love.”
Hadid received an offer just days after the property hit the market, but the deal later fell through.
The former model and mother of supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid subsequently removed the property from the market, delisting it on Dec. 21. The move appears temporary, with the property expected to return to the market at an undetermined date.
The delisting followed Hadid’s purchase of a smaller home in the same neighborhood.
