Thanks to stars like Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, New Hope has emerged as one of the nation’s newest celebrity hotspots over the past few years, according to a staff report from the Hive.
The trend began with Yolanda Hadid, who purchased a 32-acre property in New Hope in 2017 to be nearer her daughters, Gigi and Bella, who were living in New York City at the time.
Her daughters started spending more time at the farm and documenting their lives there on social media.
“It’s where we can all come and feel like ourselves again,” said Gigi in a 2019 interview. “When I’m here, I just get in my truck and go to the store. Kids get excited at the market, but they don’t take their phones out.”
Zayn Malik, Gigi’s former boyfriend, also purchased a farm in New Hope, where he continues to live post-breakup to remain close to his daughter.
“You know, you get space to really reflect on your thoughts and think about things, without all the noise of the world,” said the former One Direction member.
Bradley Cooper, who is currently dating Gigi, bought a plot of land in the quaint town in 2023.
