Full-Time Groundskeeper
Dunwoody Village is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for a full-time groundskeeper. The standard shift is from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday.
The groundskeeper is responsible for the following:
- Mulching, fertilizing, weeding, planting, pruning, shoveling, snow/leaf removal, and litter removal on the property.
- Operation of landscape equipment and installation of seasonal decorations.
- Must have a valid PA driver’s license to drive equipment and operate the truck with a snowplow during winter weather.
- Various other duties as assigned by the Grounds Supervisor.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old to use the equipment on the property.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
- Willingness and ability to work in all weather conditions. This position will need to be available during non-standard hours during significant winter weather events.
- The ability to walk, stoop, kneel, climb, bend, and the ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, 50+ lbs.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others. A keen interest in working with older adults is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Full-Time LPN/RN
Dunwoody Village is currently seeking dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its team for a full-time 3 PM-11:30 PM position.
Must have at least 2 years of experience as a nurse in Long Term Care, Rehab, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. All applicants interested in full-time positions must be available to work within a weekend and holiday rotation.
Primary nursing duties include:
- Provide exceptional resident care according to the Plan of Care.
- Provide a safe environment for our residents.
- Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements (utilizing Point Click Care).
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and computer skills.

Part-Time Bartender
Dunwoody Village is currently seeking (2) Part-Time Bartenders. Must also be available to work 4 PM-8 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and holidays as needed. RAMP certification is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking beverage orders and completing tickets as residents visit the bar and lounge.
- Ensuring resident and guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring safety and proper handling of glassware and maintaining a safe, clean work area at all times, keeping the bar area well-stocked at all times.
- Providing a quick, efficient, and pleasant experience to residents who visit the bar and lounge.
- Ensuring that quality standards and service are being delivered.
This position will earn a very competitive flat rate (tipping is not permitted), and you will be a permanent Dunwoody Village employee, meaning all taxes will be handled by payroll (no need to file as an independent contractor and report tips!)
