Full-Time LPN/RN
Dunwoody Village is currently seeking dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its team for a full-time 3 PM to 11:30 PM position.
The applicant must have at least 2 years of experience as a nurse in Long Term Care, Rehab, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. All applicants interested in full-time positions must be available to work within a weekend and holiday rotation.
Primary nursing duties include:
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and computer skills.
- Provide exceptional resident care according to the Plan of Care.
- Provide a safe environment for our residents.
- Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements (utilizing Point Click Care).

Dunwoody Village is currently seeking dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join its team for a full-time 11PM to 7AM position, which includes working a weekend and holiday rotation.
Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA job duties include providing exceptional resident care according to the Plan of Care, assisting residents with personal care and hygiene, and providing a safe environment for residents and colleagues.
Eligible candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a PA-licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience and excellent assessment skills.
- Point Click Care experience strongly preferred.

Executive Chef
Dunwoody Village is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic Executive Chef to join its talented team. Reporting directly to the Director of Dining Services, this position is responsible for overseeing all food production, quality, training, and menu development using brand-new state-of-the-art kitchens and beautiful dining room venues.
The Executive Chef is responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring cooks, servers, and utility staff with varying levels of experience. Ensuring the staff is knowledgeable about food safety and service to residents is a top priority.
It is important to note that Dunwoody Village’s dining services program is not affiliated with a third-party dining services management organization.
A successful incumbent will perform the following:
- Embody and articulate the vision and mission of the organization inside and outside of the community.
- Exercise the leadership and management skills necessary to ensure that Dunwoody Village’s dining service program provides exceptional services and excellent food quality.
- Leads the cooks, servers, and utility staff in a manner that consistently promotes decision-making collaboration and is based upon trust, openness, honesty, integrity, empowerment, and shared accountability for success.
- Cultivate/maintain constructive communication with residents, residents’ family members, and employees.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that address the diverse and ever-changing dining needs and requests of our residents.
- Provide leadership/direction in the maintenance and enhancement of a workplace culture that attracts, supports, empowers, and retains dining service employees.
A successful incumbent will have the following experience/education/credentials:
- Ability to work evenings, holidays and a weekend rotation.
- Associates degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required) in Hotel/Restaurant/Institutional Management or a closely related field.
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible executive chef experience; long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability/willingness to relate effectively to an educated and engaged resident community in a manner that embodies warmth, compassion, sensitivity, and enthusiasm; participates in resident dining committee.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing top-tier customer service to all within the organization.
- Strong operational management skills combined with a commitment to mentorship and training staff who may have varying levels of experience.
- Laser-focused orientation to results with a keen understanding and commitment to detail, hospitality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Congenial communication style with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Commitment to safety and participating in the monthly Safety Committee Meetings. Investigate all employee safety incidents in a timely manner to ensure unsafe behaviors or workplace hazards are corrected.
- Maintain a strong/supportive/friendly corporate culture while holding employees accountable in a fair and consistent manner.
- Strong working knowledge of a POS system
