The Inn at Grace Winery in Glen Mills has made some changes to make your visit to this local winery even better, writes Anne E. Hill for Main Line Today.
There’s a new chef, a new tasting room, and a new menu.
New in the offering is Two Donkeys, a dry cider made with Chester County apples, named after two donkeys who live at the estate.
A second tasting room—the Vineyard Barn—combined with extended hours and an elevated tasting menu, makes sure there are public tastings even when the original Wine Barn is unavailable because of special events.
The new menu replaces a fine-dining menu in the Inn’s dining room, which is now used as a breakfast area for guests staying the night.
New Executive Chef Dan Netter has a vision that incorporates locally inspired cuisine from area farms.
“The beautiful setting of the winery, combined with all the local goods at our disposal, is just a dream come true,” said Netter.
The menu features hyperlocal, French-inspired dishes like a French country chicken wrap and a squash Milanese sandwich.
