Eight Delaware County companies earn a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private firms, including Somersault and Double Wood.

Eight Delaware County companies have earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private firms, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Inc. list ranks firms based on their percentage growth from 2021 to 2024, providing a “snapshot of the country’s most resilient and dynamic privately held companies,” according to the publication.

Radnor-based Somersault ranked highest among Delaware County companies at No. 912, achieving 465 percent growth over three years, and is the only Delaware County company in the top 1000 on the list.

Valenz Health, also based in Radnor, is the next fastest-growing logical company at No. 2,164 with a three-year growth of 198 percent, followed by Double Wood in Sharon Hill at No. 2,188 with 196 percent growth.

Other Delaware County companies that earned a spot on the list of fastest-growing private firms include ClariMed in Chadds Ford (No. 2,414) at 176 percent, Curotec in Newtown Square (No. 2,787) with 149 percent, LoanStar Technologies in Swarthmore (No. 2,820) at 147 percent, and Kinetix Fire in Broomall (No. 4,979) with 51 percent growth.
