While Wawa reigns as the go-to spot for quick bites and convenience, its parking lots often fall short of perfection, writes Gianna for 94.5 PST.
Recently, the Philadelphia Magazine made a list of the top five worst Wawa parking lots in Greater Philadelphia, and while several turned out to actually be in New Jersey, the one that stood out as the most notorious among its customers is right here in Montgomery County.
The Bala Cynwyd location only has a handful of parking spots but also has just enough space for drivers to improvise – which can easily end in disaster.
“A Wawa with a lot like this couldn’t be in a worse spot: Right at the Belmont exit of 76 and the entryway in and out of Manayunk,” wrote the publication. “One of my clients is located near this Wawa, and just gave up and decided to drink the office sludge. It’s a small price to pay to avoid backing into a telephone pole, or running into someone’s fist over parking rage.”
