Looking at other counties in the Philadelphia region, Philadelphia County came in first in population growth on the top 50 list, with an increase of 77,791 people between 2010 and 2020. 

Montgomery County placed second. It saw an increase in population of 56,679 between 2010 and 2020. 

Chester County placed third. It saw an increase in population of 35,527.

Bucks County placed 9^th.  It saw a population growth of 21,289 people between 2010 and 2020.
