Nockamixon State Park in Quakertown features a fantastic swimming pool complex ideal for families.  

Though the lake is reserved for boating and fishing, the pool, open during the summer, has both shallow and deep ends.  

The park also offers miles of trails for hiking and biking, numerous picnic areas with grills, and boat rentals. 

Lake Towhee Park, located in Pipersville, provides a tranquil setting with various outdoor activities. 

The park’s small beach area is perfect for swimming, and the lake offers fishing and boating opportunities.  

Surrounding the lake are picnic spots and hiking trails, offering scenic views and a chance to enjoy the natural surroundings.
