Locally, there is a location in Ambler that offers horse and goat yoga, using year-round rescued animals.
During winter, Horse and Goat Yoga offer classes in a barn.
Participants can join goat yoga, often held with baby goats wearing diapers that need to be bottle-fed. These yoga classes last one hour. Bottle-feeding time is half an hour.
There’s also horse yoga, which is yoga done while sitting on horseback.
You can book classes on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Classes are $34 per person with proceeds going to rescued animals, including goats.
Horse and Goat Yoga also offers 1.5-hour private sessions, with sessions all to yourselves, whether with friends, family, or colleagues.
