Two top Delaware County employers not only made Fortune’s 2024 list of the top 100 Best Companies to Work for in the US, they also placed in the top 50, writes Ryan Mulligan for Philadelphia Business Journal.

Chester-based Power Home Remodeling came in at No. 14 while Newtown Square-based SAP America ranked at No. 47.

The only other Philadelphia-area company to place on the list was Comcast Corp., which came in at No. 10.

The only other Pennsylvania company that made the list was Altoona-based convenience store chain Sheetz. The Wawa rival placed at No. 60.

Though Power Home Remodeling placed well for 2024, it actually dropped compared with last year.

In 2023, Power Home Remodeling ranked at No. 13.

Overall, though, it’s ranking as one of two top Delaware County employers is impressive. The exterior remodeling company was only No. 70 in 2021 and didn’t place at all in 2022. It then moved up significantly into the top 15 spots, keeping that momentum in 2024.

SAP America made a positive gain in  2024, making it into the top 50 this year, jumping five spots from its No. 52 ranking in 2023.
