After a 3-year restoration, two new historic luxury experiences have opened at the Grace Winery in Glen Mills, writes Melissa Jacobs for Main Line Tonight.

Guests can now experience a tasting room or rent out space for parties at the new Vineyard Barn

Meanwhile, the Sweetwater House is a 3-bedroom home available for rent. It features a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and two wings.

“For a wedding, the bridal party may stay in this house while the other guests are on the main property,” said owner Christopher “Kiff” McNeil Le Vine. “Similarly, for a corporate retreat, some guests may want more privacy, but they’ll have informal meeting space inside the house.”

The new barn and house are on the 35-acre property owned by the Le Vine family, who acquired the property in the 1990s.

Both join the manor house, bank barn, private rental cottages, gardens, and vineyards already on the property.

The 1,200-square-foot Vineyard Barn can hold 90 people for a cocktail party and 60 people for seated events. In warmer weather, there will be outdoor seating overlooking the vineyard.
