Fearless Restaurants Is Taking on 4 New Eateries. Here’s Their Plan
Fearless Restaurants out of Radnor is suddenly finding itself juggling four new restaurants at once, writes Emma Dooling for Philadelphia Business Journal.
A fifth White Dog Café in Chester Springs is coming online just as Fearless opted to pivot from opening a second Italian soul restaurant in Glen Mills to creating a new Italian American concept instead on the same spot in Testa Rossa.
Meanwhile, Fearless was asked to take over the Radnor Hotel’s event and restaurant space, creating Triple Crown Restaurant Events and Garden.
Finally, they picked up an available space in Wayne to open a second Testa Rossa.
Looking ahead, Sydney Grims, Fearless director of business development, said they’re looking to expand their popular White Dog Café concept in Blue Bell. Ambler, and Newtown, among other locations.
They’re also looking at pairing White Dog Café locations with its counterpart restaurant, Testa Rossa.
“Our goal is to really provide food that is inspired by chefs, not kitchen managers, managers who are relating to their community, who are involved in their communities, and who really provide true real authentic hospitality,” Grims said.
Find out about the envisioned concepts at the four locations and what goes into launching restaurants these days in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
