An American Airlines flight out of Philadelphia had one of the highest speeds recorded thanks to a powerful jet stream.

Apparently, American Airlines, the dominant carrier for Philadelphia International Airport, has some inside info on who will be playing in Super Bowl 58 this February.

The airline has added four more nonstop Super Bowl flights between Philadelphia International Airport and Las Vegas in anticipation of local fans wanting to see the game, writes Emma Dooling for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Super Bowl is Feb. 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Local fans will have a total of 11 available Super Bowl flights to select from between Feb. 8 and 12.

The Eagles are tied for the best record in the league at 6-1 and are considered a Super Bowl favorite.

The carrier saw high demand for flights from Philadelphia to Arizona when the Eagles advanced to the Super Bowl last season.

Tickets for the flights are now on sale, with one-way prices ranging between $281 to nearly $4,000.

“We know nothing beats seeing the action live for football fans,” said Lakshman Amaranayaka, American Airlines Vice President of PHL Hub Operations. “That’s why American is adding more flights and seats from Philadelphia to take you nonstop to the action, including offering select flights with lie-flat seating.”
