Recruiting and retaining top talent in the ever-evolving landscape of 2024 requires adaptability, innovation, and a strategic approach, which is why Meridian Bank and The Alternative Board of Philadelphia are teaming up to host a business-minded panel discussion on how to do just that. 

Recruiting and Retaining Talent in 2024 will be held on Nov. 8 from 8:30 AM — 10:30 AM at the Conshohocken Brewing Company located at 3100 Horizon Drive in King of Prussia. The event is free to attend; registration is here

This dynamic and insightful panel discussion will help shape your approach to workforce challenges and address the challenges and opportunities in talent management in 2024. It’s a unique opportunity to gain actionable insights and network with like-minded professionals. 

Moderated by John Toner, Regional VP, Commercial Lending of Meridian Bank, Matthew Saline, and Mike Krupit of The Alternative Board of Philadelphia hope to help you hear from the experts on ways to fine-tune your personnel strategies and tactics while providing an excellent networking opportunity with local business owners and executives. 

The panel features Justin Rosenberg, Founder & CEO of Honeygrow; Christopher Wink, Co-Founder and CEO of Technical.ly; and Leslie Hafter, Sr. VP, Operations of ORS Partners

Founded in Philadelphia in 2012 as a fast-casual stir-fry and salad concept, Rosenberg has led the Honeygrow’s creation and growth, which will have over 40 units and growing by year-end 2023. As the leader of Technical.ly, the news organization with a community of technologists and entrepreneurs, Wink specializes in local economic development, including entrepreneurship and tech workforce trends, journalism strategy and building trust online.  

Finally, as a proven, experienced, and dedicated Talent Acquisition Leader, Coach, and Mentor, Hafter has worked with a diverse range of employers and clients, ranging from emerging growth to Fortune 50 corporations, within the United States and Canada.
