The Delaware County Estate Planning Council and its sister next door, the Chester County Estate Planning Council, will hold a joint social event on Thursday, April 20 from 5 to 7:30 PM. at PJ Whelihan’s in Newtown Square.

According to the two councils’ presidents Frances Sheehan, president of The Foundation for Delaware County, and Kathleen Wileczek, CPA of Umbreit, Wileczek & Associates, this is the second time the two councils have held a joint social.

“Last year we had a super turnout of estate planning attorneys, accounts, financial advisors, and philanthropy experts from throughout the western suburbs. We’re looking forward to gathering again and welcoming even more to the fold,” Sheehan said.

Anderson Elder Law and Merrill Lynch are sponsoring the event.

The two councils provide forums for estate planning professionals to collaborate and share expertise to improve the quality of estate planning services in the region.

The council’s membership includes attorneys, accountants, financial planners, trust officers, and other professionals involved in the estate planning services process.
