Children’s book author Cheryl Olsten, along with her husband, financial adviser Steven Grabowski, arrow selling a massive estate in Solebury Township for a whopping $14.5 million.

The house was designed by Virginia-based architect Allan Greenberg. The estate’s main house has an indoor heated saltwater pool, along with a wine cellar, a billiards room and a sunroom.

For those looking to become the talk of the town when it comes to hosting parties, the estate also has an outdoor pool, landscaped gardens and a pond. It is also replete with incredible architecture and stonework.

Measuring about 17,900 square feet, the large estate is perfect for those looking to live in luxury in one of the most popular areas in the northeast United States.
