The Mediterranean-style villa, “Casa Pacifica”, at 100 Springhouse Lane has been on and off the market at least six times since July 2012, writes Kennedy Rose for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The home features design elements from Italy and Spain. It has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and three half bathrooms.

Its highest asking price came in 2013, at $4.95 million. It last went to market this May for $3.9 million.

Bidding on the 4.4-acre property takes place from Dec. 9 to Dec. 14.

The home was sold to the current owner about 20 years ago.

Before that, it was owned by former Franklin Mint owners Stewart and Lynda Resnick. Their holding company owns POM Wonderful, Fiji Water, Wonderful Pistachio and Justin Wine.

The mostly one-floor home was built in 1977 with tiling throughout sourced from Italy.

The home’s centerpiece is a 13-feet-by-48-feet indoor pool.

There are freeform terrazzo marble floors, augmented with ceramic tile and hardwood.

“You’re part of the neighborhood if you want to be part of a neighborhood, … but when you pull in your gates, you are literally a world away,” said Listing Agent Lavina Smerconish with Compass.
