Iron Chef Jose Garces unveils Amada Radnor this weekend, with 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining for up to 250 guests, writes Chloe Rabinowitz for Broadway World.

The James Beard Award Winning chef offers a modern take on Spanish tapas at his newest place at 555 E. Lancaster Ave. in Wayne.

It joins two other restaurants in Old City on Chestnut Street and in Atlantic City at Ocean Casino Resort.

Amada features an expanded selection of Amada’s signature Spanish tapas (Tortilla Española, Wagyu Brochettes, Amada’s Empanadas), Cochinillo Asado (a whole roasted suckling pig), and Paella Valenciana (rabbit and chorizo paella).

There are also new dishes exclusive to Radnor from the on-site wood-fired ovens.

The restaurant features wines from Spain with over 100 selections along with cocktails inspired by Spanish ingredients and Red and White Sangria.

There’s also an opportunity to create the perfect Gin Tonic at your table.

“Amada is near and dear to my heart,” said Garces. “It was the very first restaurant I opened when I went out on my own in 2005,” he said. “It will be a great addition to the exciting and rapidly growing Main Line dining scene.”
