Car Group Holdings a car dealership in Media made a list of top places to work in Pennsylvania, based on an employee satisfaction survey, writes Daniel Urie for Penn Live.

Car Group Holdings with 356 employees, made the list for companies that had between 150 to 599 workers,

It has also received the Top Workplaces USA Award for 2023 and the Top Workplaces Regional Awards sponsored by The Philadelphia Inquirer for 2022.

The company recognizes and rewards outstanding performance and values communication with employees, customers, and vendors, noting “The best ideas come from everyone,” according to the company review.

The survey, produced by Exton-based Energage, asked employees at participating organizations to fill out an anonymous workplace survey.

It covers the company’s values and mission, its connection to employees, the level of caring from managers, and the mindset of the company leadership.

The survey also measured employee engagement, along with pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations.

Organizations must have achieved a 35 percent response rate to be considered for the Top List.

“These companies represent the country’s best employers with high-performing, people-first cultures. They’re successful because they put their employees front and center in everything they do,” said Dan Kessler, president of Energage
