Learn About 2 Pennsylvania Institute of Technology Programs Thursday

The Pennsylvania Institute of Technology in Media wants to tell you about its Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Physical Therapist Assistant programs and it’s giving you two ways to learn more.

An in-person session on campus from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18, will provide information on both programs to those who might want to enroll.

Attendees will get information abou the Health Science pathway, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and Physical Therapist Assistant programs, will tour the labs, and also have the opportunity to meet with Admissions and Financial Aid staff for enrollment services.

During the joint information session you will have a chance to gather program-specific details about the admission process, including how to transfer credits, what documents are required, prerequisites, and more.

In addition, you will meet the DMS Program Director, Denise Boyle, PTA Program Director Kelly Thompson, Program Instructors, and the Director of Admissions & Financial Aid, Laura Blomgren. 

The campus is located at 800 Manchester Ave. in Media.

For those who don’t want to join an in-person session, a virtual session cover the sonography and physical therapy assistant programs will also take place via Zoom on Thursday, Aug. 18, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
