The Rosetree office campus in Media Borough has added four new tenants and expanded space for two existing tenants, reports Keystone Development + Investment.
Rosetree at 1223 N. Providence Road, is home to two office buildings totaling 270,000 square feet. It features four-story and six-story atriums.
The new leases validate Media’s premier location as a place to grow companies, according to Keystone Development + Investment President and COO Rich Gottlieb.
“The property fosters collaboration and provides ample opportunity for companies and their workers to branch out and innovate, unwind, or make new connections,” he said.
Taking the most space at Rosetree will be CPA firm Brinker, Simpson. They will take 14,418 square feet, moving from two floors in Springfield to the new location.
Millennium Home Health Care, doing business as Aveanna Home Health, joins its parent company as a tenant with a 5,033-square-foot lease. ARC Document Services will move into 2,954 square feet. Another home healthcare provider, 365 Health Services, takes 3,821 square feet.
Specialty drug cost containment company Payer Matrix expanded to 14,418 square feet. American Expediting, a logistics provider for multiple industries, tripled its footprint to 6,172 square feet.
